Delivery Terms & Conditions
We use the professional services of couriers and offer same day delivery to the Canberra and Queanbeyan suburbs in most instances.
The order needs to be processed before 12pm to guarantee same day delivery.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time but do offer AM and PM deliveries.
For business addresses where workers leave by 4pm, we urge you to complete your order before 11am to ensure successful delivery.
Please provide as much information as possible if ordering a delivery to a business address or security entrance of units or complex. This could include the company name, building name and number, and contact number of the recipient.
Many security buildings will not allow flowers to be left at reception if the recipient is unavailable or in a meeting, so a contact number is advised.
In the event of the recipient not being at home and where there is a safe area to leave the arrangement, it will be left. Please note couriers are not expected to go through back yards or rear gates to leave arrangements.
If it is not safe to leave the item/s, they will be returned to the shop, the sender will be contacted, and further details for re-delivery or alternate delivery address will be sought. In the event of re-delivery, an additional charge of $15 will apply.
