Mondays to Friday - 9am - 6pm (winter trading hours as of May closing time is 5:30pm)

Saturdays - 9 am - 1:30pm,

Sundays - Closed

Centrally located in the middle of the Belconnen region at Jamison Plaza Macquarie. The shop is located in the centre of the Plaza directly opposite Coles Supermarket and adjacent to Donut King

DO DELIVERY FEES APPLY?

Standard delivery charge of $15.00 applies to orders being delivered to all Canberra Suburbs including Queanbeyan Monday to Fridays - excluding public holidays.

If deliveries required on Saturdays - please contact shop for further information

Deliveries and additional delivery charges to rural areas surrounding Canberra are available on application - please contact the store for further information

CAN I SPECIFY A CERTAIN DELIVERY TIME?

Yes you can specify am or pm for all residential areas of Canberra and Queanbeyan.

For work or business addresses it is best to first check if the recipient is at work on the day of delivery and note any special delivery instructions - ie what time the finish work /what department - full address and building name and number is required/contact number of the recipient as some security reception areas will not permit deliveries if the recipient is not present or in a meeting

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?

Yes please check with the hospital prior to organising a delivery that the Patient is not due to be released. Please provide Room and Ward Number and it they are in Public or Private. Note plants are not accepted in hospitals for health reasons

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Jamison Flowers accept VISA and MASTERCARDS - sorry we do not accept American Express or Diners Cards

WHAT ARE THE COLOUR CHOICE AND HOW DO I DECIDE?

Most of the items displayed have colour options available - usually pastel or brights to make it easier to choose

It is a good rule of thumb if the recipient usually surrounds themselves with certain colour tones either brights or pastels go with that choice

Other things to consider when making a selection what occassion is it for? - celebration/ sympathy/baby - boy or girl/man or lady / young or older person

WHAT DO I SEND IN TIMES OF SYMPATHY?

Once again it is usually up the the individual. These days it is not as traditional - a lot of arrangements are now bright colours. If the families are more traditional or have strong religious beliefs than it is wise to go the more traditional choices.

Is the arrangements going to a service? or to the family home

Suitable arrangements - wreaths/coffin covers/sympathy sheafs/boxed arrangements

WHAT IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER?

Please contact the shop and give full details of the order/date and the problem within 24 hours of delivery. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot, please provide your full contact details and we will follow the matter up and come to a mutually satisfying conclusion within 48 hours of the report

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

We take pride in every order that leaves our shop. Our reputation and our name is attached to every order so it is in our best interests to send out good quality arrangements at the earliest convenience.

If you do have a problem please contact us for a resolution 

CANCELLING ORDERS

Please phone our shop and talk to our staff to cancel an order - where possible 24hours notice should be given and a refund will be then issued

We cannot give a refund for a cancelled order if the order has already been made and dispatched with the courier

GIFT VOUCHERS

Jamison Flowers offer an alternative gift idea - The Gift Voucher - not redeemable for cash. Voucher is valid for strictly 6 months from date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers are for a minimum of $20 or any amount over that. The voucher is not redeemable for delivery fees, wedding work or funeral work

The original voucher must be provided when redeeming. If the full amount is not redeemed at once the shop assistant will re-issue you a new voucher with the balance remaining but the voucher is still to be redeemed within the original 6 month date on the original voucher

DO YOU DO WEDDING FLOWERS?

Yes. Contact the shop and book an appointment to discuss your requirements Please allow at least 4 x weeks prior to wedding date

*please note it is the store policy that we do not do any weddings during December, February or the week prior to or after Mothers Day in May

Yes - wreaths/floral sprays/coffin covers
